Basically, the heart behind the music is one of adoration towards God. Most of the music is not your typical worship set sung on Sunday morning but rather expressions of the journey of following Christ and His teachings. Jesus taught us that the road we travel to follow Him would be one less traveled and full of it's share of suffering and triumph (usually in that order). The ultimate reward is found throughout the journey in a bonding relationship being developed with Jesus Himself and that relationship growing continually stronger and deeper with each new trial and experience.

Right now, my vision is to sing the songs God gives me (wherever that may be) in hopes that whoever happens to hear may be touched by God's heart for them and challenged to pursue a deeper spiritual relationship beyond the accepted mundane traditions of our culture. I pray the listeners would become participators as the passion that flows from my heart towards my Father in heaven hopefully becomes contagious and even infectious.

I am blessed to have as a music companion, my wife Cathy, who plays various percussion instruments and sings background vocals. Once in a while she'll break out and sing a few of her own really cool songs. Other musicians/vocalists sit in with us from time to time and add the blessing of their gift.

We enjoy singing in secular environments where people are who don't feel comfortable in a typical "church" setting would be inspired and blessed by just hanging out and being real. Thankfully, a few precious opportunities have opened where this is possible and we're blessed to be building relationships with several wonderful people in the coffee house communities of North Carolina.

It is also a passion to worship my Lord with my Christian family world-wide. This may be in music or it may be in practical works of service and love. Wherever my Father leads, I'm there.

Vision in a nutshell......"Love God publically"
